Yes, but guests under 16 must be accompanied by at least one adult (18 years old or over), stay in a private room and proof kinship with their companions. 17 and 16 years old can stay in shared dorms as long as they are with an adult (18 years old or over) that signs a liability document. 17 and 16 years old must stay with at least one adult (18 years old or over) if they stay in a private room too.
In UH London only guests from 18 to 40 years old are allowed (if you are outside this range please contact the hostel directly). In both Barcelona hostels the maximum allowed age is 50 years old and guests under 18 can stay only if they are accompanied at least of an adult (18 years old or over). Under 16 years old must stay in private rooms and proof kinship with their companions. 17 and 16 years old can stay in shared dorms as long as they are with an adult (18 years old or over) that signs a liability document.
Check in starts at 3pm. You can reach the hostel at any time cos front desk is open 24/7! In case you reach the hostel before check in time, we can store your luggage for free. Check out is 10.30am (storing luggage after check out has an extra cost).

It depends on the type of reservation you did. If you booked the Flexible Rate on our website, you can easily change/cancel 48h before check in by reaching our bookings department by email (we do not accept cancellations by phone/whatsapp). If you booked via a third party, please get in touch directly with them.
Unfortunately it is not possible, a credit card is mandatory to confirm a reservation.
We have a 7 day maximum stay per every 30 days.
Sorry about that! Please, contact the bookings department of the hostel you have booked and give them your full name, date of arrival and confirmation number (if you have it). They will look for your reservation and resend your confirmation email.

The windows remain closed as part of our commitment to the environment. If you wish to open a window, we will need to turn off the air conditioning/heating in the room. Additionally, you will be required to sign a liability waiver with a penalty for misconduct while the window is open (smoking in the room, throwing items out of the window, etc). In shared dorms, windows are only opened in the morning by the cleaning staff for ventilation.

Unfortunately not. For security reasons, we do not accept people who are not staying in the hostel.
Our single and double private rooms, as well as our female dorms, all come with hair dryers and straighteners. If you are not staying in one of these rooms, you can hire one at the reception – deposit required. Ask directly at reception for more information.
