Featured

Book on our website (yes, you already are in the correct place!) to get the best rate! We do not do reservations through the phone or email. In case you have any doubt while making your reservation, please get in touch with the hostel you are trying to book.

In UH London only guests from 18 to 40 years old are allowed (if you are outside this range please contact the hostel directly). In both Barcelona hostels the maximum allowed age is 50 years old and guests under 18 can stay only if they are accompanied at least of an adult (18 years old or over). Under 16 years old must stay in private rooms and proof kinship with their companions. 17 and 16 years old can stay in shared dorms as long as they are with an adult (18 years old or over) that signs a liability document.

No time limit cos our front desk is open 24/7! (but if you are planning to reach the hostel after 4am, it would be great if you let us know!)

It depends on the type of reservation you did. If you booked the Flexible Rate on our website, you can easily change/cancel 48h before check in by reaching our bookings department by email (we do not accept cancellations by phone/whatsapp). If you booked via a third party, please get in touch directly with them.

Unfortunately it is not possible, a credit card is mandatory to confirm a reservation.

We have a 7 day maximum stay per every 30 days.

Sorry about that! Please, contact the bookings department of the hostel you have booked and give them your full name, date of arrival and confirmation number (if you have it). They will look for your reservation and resend your confirmation email.

We always strive to accommodate requests to place you and your friends in the same dorm. If you’ve booked separate beds and wish to stay together, you can contact the hostel to make a request. However, please note that this is subject to availability. To guarantee staying together, consider booking private room.

Yes! Our groups reservation departement is ready to assist you. If you are travelling with 14 people or more, please get in touch with them by filling up this form.

Yes, to check in it is compulsory to show an ID (only European citizens) or Passport to check in the hostel.

Yes, all reservations include bed linen, pillow and duvet.

Towels are only included in the double private room reservations (and pink dorms in Barcelona). We have towels available for rent at the front desk.

Yes, we have fully equipped guest kitchens where you can prepare your signature dish for you and your travel mates.

No, reception is open 24/7.

Unfortunately not. For security reasons, we do not accept people who are not staying in the hostel.

Of course! All our hostels are equipped with free Wifi connection.

Yes, both of our hostel in Barcelona have capacity for big groups of people. We also offer accommodation for small groups in central London.

Check in starts at 3pm. You can reach the hostel at any time cos front desk is open 24/7! In case you reach the hostel before check in time, we can store your luggage for free. Check out is 10.30am (storing luggage after check out has an extra cost).

Yes, the Barcelona city tourist tax is 6,60€ (VAT included) per person per night, for a maximum of 7 nights. This must be paid upon arrival by all guests who are 17 years old or over.

Yes, all dorms include a private locker per guest that works with a personal keycard – no need to bring your old padlock!

Unfortunately not, but there are public parkings in the area.

The windows remain closed as part of our commitment to the environment. If you wish to open a window, we will need to turn off the air conditioning/heating in the room. Additionally, you will be required to sign a liability waiver with a penalty for misconduct while the window is open (smoking in the room, throwing items out of the window, etc). In shared dorms, windows are only opened in the morning by the cleaning staff for ventilation.

Our single and double private rooms, as well as our female dorms, all come with hair dryers and straighteners. If you are not staying in one of these rooms, you can hire one at the reception – deposit required. Ask directly at reception for more information.

The hostel offers bar service from 6pm to midnight to serve food and drinks We also offer rooftop bar service during summer season – best hostel vibes guaranteed. Don’t miss it!

We offer acoommodation with private bathroom for groups in Barcelona. Our youth hostel in London offer shared bathrooms (this is why we only accept groups +18).

We can offer Bed and Breakfast accommodation in Barcelona and London if querested. Our hostels in Barcelona offer a daily buffet breakfast and picnic-breakfast (under request). In London we offer accommodation with continental breakfast (under request).

At our Barcelona hostels we offer catering service meals either for lunch and dinner (under request).

We can also organize picnic meals for groups in Barcelona under request.

Once you book your stay with us, our groups department will organize everything for you, adapting your group meals to special dietary needs (we can offer vegetarian group meals, halal group meals and adapt meals to any other specific dietary allergies).
