How to get to Urbany Hostels London
Urbany Hostel London is located in 48-49 Prince’s Square, London. A youth hostel located between Hyde Park and Portobello Market. Below we explain the different options to get to the hostel from different departure points by public transport; the most quick and economical option to get to the hostel!

From Heathrow Airport
Coming from Heathrow Airport you can take the Piccadilly Line (dark blue) to Earls Court Station and then change to the District Line (dark green) northbound via Edgware Road to Bayswater Station. From Bayswater Station, we are a 5 minute walk. 1 hour and 15 minute commute depending on the service of the trains.
Alternatively you can take the Elizabeth line (purple line) to Paddington station. From there we are a 15 minute walk from this station. (This is the fastest and more convenient way) Usually 1 hour commute.
From Stansted Airport
From Stansted Airport take the train to Liverpool St Station. Once at this station, take the underground Central line (red line) westbound from Liverpool St Station to Queensway Station.
We are a short 5-10 minute walk from this station.
Alternatively you can take the National Express Bus https://www.nationalexpress.com/en
from Stansted Airport to Paddington (Bishops Bridge) . We are a 15 minute walk from this stop. This journey can take up to 1.5 -2 hrs.
From Luton Gatwick
Coming from Gatwick Airport you can take the Gatwick Express train to Victoria Station. Change to the Tube and take the Circle Line (yellow) westbound to Bayswater Station. From Bayswater Station, turn left and walk to the top of the street towards Westbourne Grove, then turn left and walk until you reach Al Waha Restaurant. Turn left at this restaurant and head straight down Garway Road. The second right is Prince’s Square. We are number 48/49 on the left hand side of the street.
From Luton Airport
Coming from Luton Airport you have a few options.
You can catch the train from the airport to Kings Cross Station (St Pancras). From there take the hammersmith and city underground train (pink line) to Royal Oak station. We are about a 10 minute walk from this station.
Alternatively a cheaper option would be taking a national express coach to the Marble Arch stop. You can book a coach on the link below.

From Marble Arch, you can take the number 328, 27 or 31 bus to Westbourne Grove, or the central line (red) to Queensway station. We are just a short walk from either of these stops.

How can I make a reservation?
Book on our website (yes, you already are in the correct place!) to get the best rate! We do not do reservations through the phone or email. In case you have any doubt while making your reservation, please get in touch with the hostel you are trying to book.
Do Urbany Hostels have any age restrictions?
In UH London only guests from 18 to 40 years old are allowed (if you are outside this range please contact the hostel directly). In both Barcelona hostels the maximum allowed age is 50 years old and guests under 18 can stay only if they are accompanied at least of an adult (18 years old or over). Under 16 years old must stay in private rooms and proof kinship with their companions. 17 and 16 years old can stay in shared dorms as long as they are with an adult (18 years old or over) that signs a liability document.
Is there a time limit to check in?
No time limit cos our front desk is open 24/7! (but if you are planning to reach the hostel after 4am, it would be great if you let us know!)
Wich is the cancelation policy? Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
It depends on the type of reservation you did. If you booked the Flexible Rate on our website, you can easily change/cancel 48h before check in by reaching our bookings department by email (we do not accept cancellations by phone/whatsapp). If you booked via a third party, please get in touch directly with them.
Can I make a reservation without a credit card?
Unfortunately it is not possible, a credit card is mandatory to confirm a reservation.
How many nights can I stay?
We have a 7 day maximum stay per every 30 days.
I haven't received a confirmation email. What should I do?
Sorry about that! Please, contact the bookings department of the hostel you have booked and give them your full name, date of arrival and confirmation number (if you have it). They will look for your reservation and resend your confirmation email.
Can I be sure all my friends will be put into the same dorm?
We always strive to accommodate requests to place you and your friends in the same dorm. If you’ve booked separate beds and wish to stay together, you can contact the hostel to make a request. However, please note that this is subject to availability. To guarantee staying together, consider booking private room.
Can I make a group reservation?
Yes! Our groups reservation departement is ready to assist you. If you are travelling with 14 people or more, please get in touch with them by filling up this form.
Do I need an ID to check in?
Yes, to check in it is compulsory to show an ID (only European citizens) or Passport to check in the hostel.
Is bed linen included?
Yes, all reservations include bed linen, pillow and duvet.
And what about towels?
Towels are only included in the double private room reservations (and pink dorms in Barcelona). We have towels available for rent at the front desk.
Is there a kitchen for the guests?
Yes, we have fully equipped guest kitchens where you can prepare your signature dish for you and your travel mates.
Is there curfew?
No, reception is open 24/7.
Can I invite guests who are not staying at the hostel?
Unfortunately not. For security reasons, we do not accept people who are not staying in the hostel.
Is there free wifi?
Of course! All our hostels are equipped with free Wifi connection.
How can I get to the hostel?
Check our contact page, find the hostel you boooked and find out the best way to reach the hostel by public transportation.
How can I get in touch with the hostel?
Check our contact page: if you wanna chat directly with the hostel reception you can use whatsapp. To manage a reservation, please send an email to the bookings department.
